Our product design team recognise that every individual has a unique body shape and height, so Pro-Fit's Smart Spine has been engineered to effortlessly adapt to seven different positions to accommodate users of varying heights ranging from 150 to 190 cm.

While conventional office chairs only provide support to the three joints of the lumbar spine (mid-lower back), Pro-Fit's Smart Spine goes above and beyond, providing support to five joints in the lumbar spine, an additional three joints in the thoracic spine (mid-back), and one joint in the sacrum spine (lower back). Customising the Chair

Back

Activate the backrest recline using the single lever control. Use in free-float mode for dynamic movement, or lock the backrest at four tilt positions. Adjust the recline resistance using the tension control lever for relaxed or firmer support.

Seat

Another useful feature is the adjustable seat length. Posture experts recommend,  in order to sit comfortably, your feet should sit flat on the floor with your knees just slightly lower than your hips. You should be able to insert two fingers between the back of your knees and the seat.

Taller users can adjust the chair’s height using a single lever and the seat depth can be lengthened easily by extending the seat roll. Properly supported legs alleviate pressure from the hips, letting you sit for long hours without pain.

Armrests 

Adjust the 5D armrests to your preferred height, angle, depth, width and armpad tilt to customise your support.
